Product Description
AGB Knife Gate Valves are purpose-built for handling abrasive slurries, fibrous media, and viscous fluids in mining, pulp and paper, and wastewater treatment. The sharp stainless steel gate cuts cleanly through suspended solids, while the self-cleaning seat design prevents buildup and ensures reliable shutoff cycle after cycle.
The through-conduit gate design eliminates pockets where solids can accumulate, making these valves ideal for slurry and fibrous media applications. The resilient seat provides a positive seal even with abrasive particles present, while the gate's sharp leading edge cuts through fibrous materials without clogging.
Available in manual handwheel, pneumatic, and electric actuated versions for both on/off and automated control applications. All valves are supplied with full material traceability and factory hydrostatic test certificates.
